OEM urinal for UK modular cabin and welfare-unit manufacturers

OEM urinal component for UK modular cabin and welfare-unit production. Pi-Pi supplies the basin as a kit-of-parts item to cabin OEMs, rotomoulders specifying buy-in components and industrial buyers fitting out in-plant welfare blocks.
UK cabin OEM and rotomoulder fit
- Modular cabin OEMs: compatible with welfare and toilet cubicle modules produced by Portakabin, Wernick Group, McAvoy Group, Algeco UK (Modulaire), ModCon Cabins, Advante, Bunkabin, EasyCabin (AJC), Mastacab, Welfare Cabins UK, Chippindale Plant, Spaciotempo, Premier Modular, Elliott Group, Mtech Engineering, Site Logic and Cabins4U
- Compact cubicle fit (~30 cm basin width): Pi-Pi Standard is 285 mm wide and Standard Plus 310 mm — narrower than the 430 mm Atlas basin, so it fits compact welfare cubicles and tighter cabin footprints where a 43 cm basin will not
- UK rotomoulders: supplied as a finished component to assemblers complementing in-house tanks and panels — Excelsior Group, Centriforce Products, Pentagon Plastics, Rotational Mouldings Ltd, Polymould
- EU origin: manufactured in Estonia (EU) — straightforward customs clearance and EU-conformity documentation for the UK market
Industrial in-plant welfare
Pi-Pi is also specified by UK industrial procurement teams equipping production-line welfare blocks and external contractor cabins on plant sites:
- Automotive: JCB (Rocester), Nissan (Sunderland), Toyota (Burnaston), Mini / BMW (Oxford), Bentley (Crewe), Jaguar Land Rover (Solihull, Castle Bromwich, Halewood)
- Steel and heavy industry: Tata Steel (Port Talbot, Scunthorpe), Pirelli (Carlisle, Burton)
- FMCG: Unilever, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (Wakefield, Sidcup, Edmonton), Diageo, Procter & Gamble (Manchester, West Thurrock)
OEM commercial terms
- Private label: moulded-in logo, custom RAL / Pantone colour from agreed annual volumes
- Fixed B2B price schedule: 12-month price hold under framework supply for production planning
- Just-in-time: scheduled call-off from EU stock, lead time consistent with lean cabin assembly
- Datasheet co-branding: technical documentation issued under your part number for the end-customer dossier
Product specification
LLDPE basin, wall 4–5 mm, ESCR > 1000 h, operating range −30 to +60 °C, 7–10 year service life. Standard — closed top, 1.4 kg, for cubicles without mechanical extract. Standard Plus — Ø70 mm top inlet, 1.5 kg, for welfare units with extract or for source-separating modules.
Compatibility with UK modular cabin and welfare-unit production
Pi-Pi is supplied as an OEM component to modular cabin manufacturers and welfare-unit assemblers. The basin geometry fits the standard cubicle aperture used by Portakabin (York), Wernick Group (Kentford), Algeco UK (Northampton), McAvoy Group (Lisburn), Spaciotempo (Stafford), Premier Modular and Elliott Group, so it drops into production lines without re-tooling the wall panel. Pi-Pi Standard Plus is the variant typically specified for welfare units with mechanical extract, using the Ø70 mm top inlet for the duct tie-in.
Drop-in OEM fit: the stepped Ø24/32/40 mm outlet mates with the cabin's existing waste stub, and the Ø70 mm top inlet on the Standard Plus mates with the existing extract duct — no adapter, no panel rework.
