Our warehouse is located in Estonia (EU). This ensures fast delivery within the European Union without customs complexities and simplified VAT procedures for EU companies.

Delivery Cost

Calculated automatically at checkout based on address and order volume. Shipped individually boxed or on a pallet.

Delivery Lead Time

Dispatched the same working day if paid by 12:00 Tallinn time, otherwise the next working day. Delivery across the EU takes 1–15 working days depending on the country: 1–3 days to the Baltic countries, 3–7 days to Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, 6–9 days to Germany and Poland, 7–9 days to France and Spain. The delivery time for your country is listed on its delivery page and during checkout. Carrier – Omniva.

Order Volume

Up to 10 units – standard box delivery at fixed rates. For over 10 units, we find the optimal solution based on volume and destination, with costs included in the quotation.

Delivery Geography

All EU countries – from the warehouse in Estonia without customs formalities. For non-EU countries, we ship with the same carrier; import duties and clearance are the recipient’s responsibility. Detailed country rates – below.

Collect your order at our Tallinn warehouse. No delivery charges.

We deliver to all European Union countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Turkey, the USA, and Canada:

Approximately at the ECB rate. Payment is always charged in euros (EUR).

Packaging and Shipping Types

We select the optimal packaging based on the order volume:

Small orders (1-10 units): individual packaging in cardboard boxes
Medium orders (10-100 units): pallet shipping with professional strapping
Large orders (100+ units): full pallets or container shipments

Delivery Terms (Incoterms)

We offer flexible delivery terms to suit your logistics needs:

DAP — DAP (Delivered at Place) – we deliver to your address, you arrange unloading (standard for most orders)
EXW — EXW (Ex Works) – you pick up the goods from our warehouse in Estonia (for partners with their own logistics)

Acceptance and Claims

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Claim submission deadlines:

Transport damage: report within 24 hours after delivery
Shortage or mix-up: report within 5 business days

Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery note and note visible damage on the delivery note: timely notification allows for quick resolution with the carrier. Missing these deadlines does not deprive the consumer of rights under the law, but it complicates proving that the damage occurred during transportation. For business buyers, compliance with these deadlines is a condition for accepting a delivery claim.
