Delivery Cost

Calculated automatically at checkout based on address and order volume. Shipped individually boxed or on a pallet.

Delivery Lead Time

Shipped the same business day if paid by 12:00 Tallinn time, later — the next business day. 2–3 days to the Baltic and Scandinavian countries, 3–5 days to DACH and Benelux, 4–7 days to Southern Europe and the UK. Carriers: DHL Freight, GLS, DPD, Omniva.

Order Volume

Up to 10 units — standard box delivery at fixed rates. For over 10 units, we find the optimal solution based on volume and destination, with costs included in the quotation.

Delivery Geography

All EU countries — from our warehouse in Estonia without customs delays. To the UK, Switzerland, and Norway — with transparent customs clearance. Detailed country-specific rates — below.

Collect your order at our Tallinn warehouse. No delivery charges.

Shipping Countries

We deliver to all European Union countries, as well as Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom:

Approximately at the ECB rate. Payment is always charged in euros (EUR).

Packaging and Shipping Types

We select the optimal packaging based on the order volume:

Small orders (1-10 units): individual packaging in cardboard boxes
Medium orders (10-100 units): pallet shipping with professional strapping
Large orders (100+ units): full pallets or container shipments

Delivery Terms (Incoterms)

We offer flexible delivery terms to suit your logistics needs:

DAP — DAP (Delivered at Place) — we deliver to your address, you arrange unloading (standard for most orders)
EXW — EXW (Ex Works) — you pick up the goods from our warehouse in Estonia (for partners with their own logistics)

Acceptance and Claims

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Claim submission deadlines:

Transport damage: must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Shortage or misdelivery: must be reported within 5 business days

Claims submitted after the specified periods will not be considered. Always note visible damage on the delivery note upon receipt.
