Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of Pi-Pi products.
Company Information
Acceptance of Terms
By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
Contract Formation
Listing products in our online store is not a public offer but an invitation to place orders. By placing an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is considered concluded when we confirm your order in writing (via email) or dispatch the goods. For B2B clients, the contract can be formalised through a separate written contract or framework agreement.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable in the delivery country. Shipping costs are calculated separately. For verified B2B clients with a valid EU VAT number, reverse charge applies — the invoice is issued without VAT, and the tax liability shifts to the buyer. Payment is made using one of the methods available at checkout.

Products and Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Pi-Pi:
- Order confirmation: an order is considered confirmed only after a written confirmation or invoice is sent
- Prices: all prices are listed in EUR and include VAT at the rate of the destination country; shipping costs are calculated separately
- Availability: product availability depends on stock at the time of order processing
- Modifications: we reserve the right to make changes to products to improve quality
Shipping
Shipping terms:
- Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery (DAP terms)
- Inspect the goods immediately upon receipt; report any damages within 24 hours
Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Tsstbox OÜ until full payment of all claims under the respective contract. For B2B clients, an extended regime applies: the buyer is entitled to resell the goods in the ordinary course of business but already assigns to us all claims arising from the resale as security.
Warranty and Defect Notification
The scope of warranty rights depends on the buyer's status:
- Consumers (B2C): mandatory 24-month warranty from the date of delivery under EU norms (Directive 2019/771/EU and national laws of EU countries implementing it)
- Entrepreneurs (B2B): contractual warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery
- The business buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify in writing of visible defects within a reasonable time. Hidden defects should be reported immediately upon discovery.
- In the case of a justified complaint, we will, at our discretion, rectify the defect or supply a replacement. If rectification fails, the buyer is entitled to demand contract cancellation or a proportionate price reduction.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal (B2C)
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes not related to business activities), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right does not apply to B2B transactions.
Withdrawal Instructions
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter via email to mail@pi-pi.ee or a letter to our legal address) indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract. The period (14 days) begins from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods. The deadline is met if the statement is sent before the period expires. You may use the attached model form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, without additional fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
