Standard terms:

DAP (Delivered at Place) — we arrange all logistics and deliver the goods to the specified address. Buyer responsibility begins after cargo arrival.

EXW (Ex Works) is available for buyer-organized transport — you control carriers and routing.

Other delivery terms (FCA, CIF, etc.) are available upon request. Details in the Shipping section.

We ensure transparent tracking at all stages:

  • Production updates: Notifications on start and completion
  • Shipping notification: Email with carrier and tracking number
  • Online tracking: Via carrier websites (DPD, DHL, Schenker, etc.)
  • Delivery confirmation: POD document after cargo arrival

For large orders (10+ pallets), a personal logistics coordinator is assigned.

Self-pickup from our Tallinn warehouse is a popular option for B2B clients with their own logistics:

  • Cost: FREE—no delivery charges

  • Operating hours: Arrange pickup time via email
  • Documents: Proforma or order confirmation required
  • Loading assistance: Forklift available for pallet orders
  • Export outside the EU: We provide export documents. VAT will be 0% with a valid VAT ID or export documents.

Self-pickup is ideal for: local Estonian clients, companies with regular routes through the Baltics, freight forwarders consolidating shipments. For large orders (5+ pallets), please arrange pickup 1-2 days in advance.
