What documents are available for urinals and sinks for a tender?

For the application, we provide a technical sheet (PDF) and a manufacturer’s statement; upon delivery – commercial and shipping documents. The package is tailored to your procurement procedure.

For the application

• Technical sheet (PDF): models and articles, dimensions, packaging size and weight, drawings with dimensions, color, material (LLDPE, rotational molding, seamless wall), operating range −40 °C … +60 °C, customs code and country of origin (EU, Estonia). The file is available on the B2B page; basic characteristics are also on the model pages.
• Manufacturer’s statement is issued upon request: manufacturer, product, polymer, country of origin, and pre-shipment control confirmation. This is a manufacturer’s document; it is neither an EU declaration of conformity nor a test report.
• Sample for evaluation is ordered in advance; its cost is deducted from the commercial offer in case of bulk order (sample conditions).

Upon delivery

The delivery includes a proforma and invoice, packing list, and waybill. In the case of a framework purchase, relations are formalized by a supply contract; the format is described in the response about framework agreements.
