What is not covered by the warranty?

Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Not covered:
- Improper use: Mechanical damage, chemical damage from aggressive cleaners, intentional vandalism
- Incorrect installation: Damage caused by improper mounting or drain connection
- Normal wear and tear: Surface scratches, fading due to prolonged UV exposure (7+ years)
- Third-party accessories: Cartridges for waterless traps, sealing liquids (warranty provided by their manufacturers)
- Consumables: Cleaning agents, fasteners
To file a warranty claim, notify us within 30 days of defect discovery, including photos and proof of purchase.
