Automatic Calculation

Shipping cost and time are calculated automatically in the cart based on order volume and address. We ship both by the box and on pallets.

B2B Orders (10+ units)

Delivery is included in the quote. We calculate the optimal logistics solution based on order volume and destination.

Retail Orders

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the address and order size.

Lead Times

Products are in stock in Estonia. Shipment on the next business day after order placement. Delivery time depends on the destination: 2-3 days to the Baltic and Scandinavian countries, 3-7 days to Western and Southern Europe.

We select the optimal packaging based on the order volume:

• Small orders (1-10 units): individual packaging in cardboard boxes
• Medium orders (10-100 units): pallet shipping with professional strapping
• Large orders (100+ units): full pallets or container shipments

We offer flexible delivery terms to suit your logistics needs:

• DAP — DAP (Delivered at Place) — we deliver to your address, you arrange unloading (standard for most orders)
• EXW — EXW (Ex Works) — you pick up the goods from our warehouse in Estonia (for partners with their own logistics)

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Claim submission deadlines:

• Transport damage: must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Shortage or misdelivery: must be reported within 5 business days

Claims submitted after the specified periods will not be considered. Always note visible damage on the delivery note upon receipt.
