Warranty Period

We provide a standard factory warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery. Standard industry warranty for construction-grade products.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, provided the product is used and installed correctly:

  • Molding defects
  • Material cracks not caused by mechanical impact
  • Product deformation under specified temperature and operating conditions

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or misuse:

  • Mechanical damage and vandalism consequences
  • Improper installation or setup
  • Misuse of the product
  • Exposure to aggressive chemicals
  • Natural wear and changes in appearance during use

Limitation of Liability

Warranty obligations are limited to the replacement of the defective product only. We do not reimburse:

  • Cost of disassembly or reassembly work
  • Losses related to facility downtime
  • Any other indirect costs to the buyer
