What are the delivery terms (Incoterms) for Pi-Pi urinals?
Standard delivery terms are DAP (Delivered at Place): we deliver the order to your address, and you arrange unloading. For partners with their own logistics, EXW (Ex Works) is available: you pick up the goods from the warehouse in Estonia.
DAP – standard terms
Under DAP, we arrange delivery to the specified address. Delivery cost is calculated based on the address and order volume; for orders of 10 units or more, it is included in the commercial calculation. Most orders are fulfilled under these terms.
EXW – self-pickup by your carrier
Under EXW, you arrange transportation from our warehouse in Estonia with your carrier. Self-pickup terms are described in the self-pickup answer.
Risk transfer
Under DAP terms, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Delivery times are approximate unless otherwise stated. Inspect the goods upon receipt and note visible damages on the delivery note. Notification periods for damages and shortages for companies are specified in the ‘Returns and Claims’ section.
Delivery outside the EU
From Estonia to countries within the EU tax territory, goods are shipped without customs formalities. For countries outside the EU, import duties and customs clearance remain the recipient’s responsibility.
