Can I pick up the order from the warehouse myself?

Yes, you can pick up the order yourself at our warehouse in Tallinn. Pickup is free, and we will arrange a convenient time with you after the order is placed.

How to arrange pickup

  1. Add the desired models from the catalog to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. In the delivery method selection, check ‘Pickup from warehouse’ if it is available for your address.
  3. Place the order – after this, we will arrange a pickup time.

Pickup is suitable for both urinals and sinks. The availability of each model is indicated on its page.

Pickup time

The time is arranged in writing to ensure the order is ready for your arrival: arrange pickup time. Provide the order number and convenient days for you.

Large orders

If you are picking up several units, indicate the quantity in the message. For large batches, we will calculate the shipping conditions separately – request a large order quote.

If pickup is not suitable

You can choose delivery: its cost is calculated automatically based on your address. Details are on the ‘Delivery’ page.
