Can I order a sample or try it first?

Yes, you can try in two ways: a company can order a sample model available at a reduced price, and a private buyer can purchase the product through a regular order and, if necessary, return it within 14 days of receipt.

How to Order a Sample

1. Open the samples page and select the model and color.
2. Add the sample to the cart.
3. Place the order in the regular cart: it displays the delivery calculation to your address.

The sample is processed for the company: in the cart, check ‘Business Client’ and fill in the company details. If you are buying for yourself, use the second method – regular purchase.

Sample Terms

• one sample of each model available – both urinals and sinks; the same sample cannot be added again;
• the sample is sold cheaper than the catalog price, without a minimum order and without obligation to buy further;
• delivery is paid separately, its cost is calculated in the cart to your address;
• for wholesale orders, the sample cost is deducted from the commercial offer.

The sample allows you to see and feel the material and check the outlet before purchase.

Purchase with Return Right

A private buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The product can be inspected and checked as it would be possible in a store. If it is used beyond this and loses value, we are entitled to withhold the amount of the decrease in value. The cost of the product and standard delivery is refunded no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation statement; we are entitled to refund after receiving the product or confirmation of its shipment, and the return delivery cost is paid by the buyer if returning by personal decision. What to Choose

• If you are buying for yourself and want to install quickly: order the desired model in the catalog – the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days remains.
• If you are ordering from a company and want to check sizes and connections before the main order: order a sample.
