What should I do if my Pi-Pi urinal arrives damaged?
No problem — just report any transport damage within 24 hours and send us a few photos. We'll sort it out with the carrier and arrange a replacement.

Every Pi-Pi urinal comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on material and manufacturing defects. As a private buyer you also have your statutory consumer rights on top of that. See the full warranty terms.
The 12-month warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover:
- Improper use: mechanical damage, damage from aggressive cleaning products, deliberate damage
- Incorrect fitting: damage from wrong mounting or a wrong outlet connection
- Normal wear: scratches, fading after many years of UV exposure
- Third-party accessories: e.g. waterless-trap cartridges or sealing fluids (covered by their own makers' warranty)
- Consumables: cleaning products, screws and fixings
To make a warranty claim, let us know within 30 days of noticing the defect and include photos and proof of purchase.
