What is not covered by the Pi-Pi warranty?
The Pi-Pi warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or violation of operating rules. If you’re unsure whether it’s a warranty case, send a photo through the form – we’ll take a look.
What is not covered by the warranty
- Mechanical damage and vandalism – for example, a chip or crack from an impact.
- Exposure to aggressive chemicals.
- Incorrect installation or setup.
- Using the product for unintended purposes.
- Natural wear and changes in appearance during use.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects: cracks not from mechanical impact, deformation under specified conditions, and other manufacturing defects. The full list is in the warranty policy.
How to avoid losing the warranty
- Install the product according to the instructions. They are available on the Standard and Standard Plus pages.
- Do not use aggressive chemicals. Suitable cleaning agents are listed in the answer ‘What cleaning agents can be used for the urinal and sink?’.
- Use the urinal and sink as intended and within the specified temperature ranges.
If you’re unsure
It can be difficult to determine the source of damage. Take a photo of the defect and the entire product, find the order number, and send the photo for warranty case review. We’ll investigate and offer a solution within one business day.
