What is not covered by the warranty on Pi-Pi urinals?
Our 12-month warranty on Pi-Pi urinals covers manufacturing defects and material defects. Not covered:
- Improper use: mechanical damage, chemical damage from aggressive cleaning agents, intentional vandalism
- Improper installation: damage caused by incorrect installation or drain connection
- Normal wear and tear: surface scratches, fading due to prolonged UV exposure (7+ years)
- Third-party accessories: cartridges for waterless traps, sealing fluids (warranty provided by their manufacturers)
- Consumables: cleaning agents, fasteners
To file a warranty claim for Pi-Pi urinals, notify us within 30 days of discovering the defect, including photos and proof of purchase.
