What is the warranty on Pi-Pi urinals and sinks?

Pi-Pi urinals and sinks come with a 24-month factory warranty from the date of delivery. It is the same for all buyers – private individuals and companies – and in all delivery countries. Mandatory consumer rights under the law apply additionally: the warranty does not replace or reduce them.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation:

• material cracks not caused by mechanical impact;
• product deformation when used within specified temperature and operational ranges;
• other manufacturing defects.

The period starts from the date of delivery, not the date of installation. Keep the order number and confirmation email.

Warranty and your legal rights

If you are buying as a private individual, not for commercial purposes, you have mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence in addition to our warranty. These cannot be reduced by contract and apply alongside the warranty. The scope and duration vary by country: where the law provides more than 24 months, the law applies.

How to file a warranty claim

No need to fill out complex forms, just describe the issue:

1. Take a photo of the defect and the entire product.
2. Find the order number.
3. Send everything through the form: send photo and order number for warranty.

What the warranty does not cover
