Where does Pi-Pi deliver?

We ship orders from our warehouse in Estonia to all European Union countries, as well as to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Turkey, the USA, Canada, and the Åland Islands. The cost and delivery time for your address are shown at checkout.

Delivery within the EU

The warehouse is located in the EU, so packages within the EU tax area are shipped without customs formalities. The Åland Islands are not included, so the same rules apply as for non-EU countries. Urinals and sinks are shipped the same way. Delivery times are in the answer ‘When will the order be shipped and how long does delivery take?’.

Outside the EU: Customs and Taxes

Orders to non-EU countries are shipped by the same carrier. Import duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Their amount depends on your country’s regulations, so check before ordering. We do not add a customs surcharge to the delivery cost.

How to Find Out the Delivery Cost

Add the product to the cart and enter the address: the cost is calculated automatically based on the address and order volume. If there is no automatic calculation for the address, you can leave a request at checkout, and the cost will be calculated manually.
