Which carriers do you use and how long does delivery take?
Your Pi-Pi urinal ships from our warehouse in Estonia and comes to your door by a standard parcel courier. The exact carrier and delivery time depend on the destination.
- Parcels (1–4 units): Omniva, DPD, GLS, DHL and your local delivery operator.
- Pallets (from 28 units): Omniva, DHL Freight, Schenker and similar.
- Full loads (FTL, 5+ pallets): direct road freight.
Typical delivery times:
- Baltics and Finland — 1–3 business days
- Continental Europe (DACH, Benelux, Poland, Czech Republic) — 3–5 business days
- Southern and Western Europe (France, Italy, Spain) — 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland — 5–8 business days

Pi-Pi manufactures in its own plant in Estonia and keeps its own warehouse. The Standard and Standard Plus models in the standard colours (black, grey) are always in stock — so your urinal goes straight out to you from the shelf.
Dispatch time — the moment your order physically leaves our warehouse. For standard orders this is usually the next business day after payment (effectively 1–2 business days).
Delivery time — how long the carrier takes to reach your address after dispatch:
- Baltics and Scandinavia: 2–3 business days
- DACH and Benelux: 3–5 business days
- Southern Europe and the United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
Exceptions where it takes longer:
- Non-standard RAL colours (from 100 units): 4–6 week production cycle
- Very large batches (from 500 units): confirm timing in advance — we schedule production by volume

We deliver your Pi-Pi urinal across the whole EU as well as to the UK, Norway and Switzerland — shipped from our warehouse in Estonia. Within the EU there are no customs delays, and it comes conveniently to your door.
